• "Withdrawal" means the process by which a User requests transfer of Account funds to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with meme4b, you represent and warrant that you accept these Terms without modification. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the Platform, whether via desktop computer, mobile device, tablet, or any other method. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the website. 4. Account Registration and Security

To create a meme4b account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

meme4b operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable forms of identification include:

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 15x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino games 10%.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period, typically 7-30 days from issuance. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8. Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed through meme4b are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violation of maximum bet limits. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the User.

8.2 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or sports federation. For football matches including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, results are based on the outcome at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless explicitly stated in the bet description.

8.3 Abandoned or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For live in-play bets, if an event is abandoned after it has commenced, bets on markets that have been unconditionally determined will stand, while all other bets will be voided.

8.4 Errors and Omissions

9.3 Disconnection Policy

14. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of meme4b services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you into your account during the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

15. Indemnification
